You can select as many options as you like under User information (e.g. Full name, email address, city), and we'll pre-fill the information if it's available. If there are additional questions relevant to your business, you can add up to 15 custom questions (e.g. When should we follow up with you? or How soon are you looking to buy?). Additional questions are never pre-filled, so you'll need to fill them in yourself.

Bear in mind that asking a lot of questions may lead to a higher drop-off rate for people filling out your form. We recommend only asking the questions that you need.
