About objectives within offer ads

When you create an offer ad in Ads Manager, you can choose the Traffic, Conversions or Store Visits objectives.

  • The Traffic objective lets you choose where you want to drive traffic (either to your Website or Messenger).
  • The Conversions objective lets you promote a website and use a conversion pixel. (If you don't have a pixel, you'll see instructions on how to create one.)
  • The Store Visits objective lets you drive more in-store sales by creating an offer people can save and redeem at your physical shop.

You should choose the objective that most closely matches your advertising goal for your business. After you've chosen your objective, you'll see an Offer section with a toggle button. Switch the toggle button to ON.

When creating an offer ad, make sure you choose the correct Page you want to use.
