If your ad wasn't approved because it didn't fully comply with our policies, we'll send you an email with details that explain why. This can help you decide whether you want to edit your ad to comply with our policies or appeal our decision.

Note: If you need to check the email address that receives your ad email notifications, go to your ad account settings in Ads Manager.

Appeal your disapproved ad

If you can't edit your ad or feel that it was disapproved by mistake (based on our Advertising Policies), you can appeal this decision using this form.

We'll review your appeal and determine whether your ad has been wrongfully disapproved. Bear in mind that if your appeal is successful and your campaigns are active, your ads will start delivering. Your ad will be in the same status as your campaign if we approve your appeal.
