Move a mockup into a project

30/11/2019

You need to be signed in to a Business Manager account to see projects.

When you're ready to collaborate on your mockups with colleagues and clients, it's time to move them into Creative Hub projects. Everyone in the project will be able to see and edit your mockups.

Giving the right people file access is a good way to manage the approval process. It also protects you in case someone goes on sick leave or leaves your business.

Move a mockup

To move a mockup into a project to/from Private (your area for mockups that you're not collaborating on yet), or from one project to another:

  1. Open Creative Hub.
  2. Find your chosen mockup(s). By default, you will open Creative Hub in Manage mockups with the folder Private open. Projects are listed on the left; click to open them and find your mockup(s) inside.
  3. Click to the right of your mockup, then select Move to from the drop-down menu.

To move more than one mockup at once, tick the boxes next to your chosen mockups. Click in the top-right, then select Move to from the drop-down menu.

  4. A pop-up will appear. Select the folder that you want to move the mockup(s) into, then click Move. In the next pop-up, click Continue, then OK.

You can open the folder and find your mockup(s) inside.

If you select at the top of your folder, you can also do this by dragging and dropping your mockup(s) into the folders on the left.

Note: If you're logged in to Creative Hub using your personal account and you have Business Manager accounts, you'll see a Move to business option instead of Move to. It opens a drop-down menu listing all your projects in all your accounts. If you've just been added to a Business Manager account, you must first log in to it in Creative Hub before you can move your mockups into it.
