Grouping the accounts is designed to make it easier to access multiple accounts without having to log back in. It also helps you to organise your Ads Manager and grant access to other people.

Grouping a set of accounts together does not combine or merge them. Each account remains separate with its own access, permissions, billing, campaigns etc.
