If something's not working with your Facebook ads, or you think there's a bug, you can report it to us. When you see a feature problem in Ads Manager or Business Manager, follow the steps below to let us know.

1. In the top right-hand corner, click Help.
2. At the bottom of the help menu, click Report a problem.
3. Select Report a problem again.
4. Fill in the details and click Send report.

Giving more detail (e.g. adding a screenshot and description) helps us find the problem. While we don't reply to every report, we may contact you for more details as we investigate. Reporting problems with your ads when they happen helps make Facebook better, and we appreciate the time it takes to give us this information.
