Connect your BigCommerce account to Facebook

If you're using BigCommerce for your website, you can set up a Facebook pixel without having to edit any of your website's code.

To get started, go to the BigCommerce page in Events Manager and follow our guided instructions that help you select the pixel you want to use and enter your pixel ID in your account. You can also follow the instructions below.

Go to settings

  1. Log in to your BigCommerce account and select Advanced settings.

Edit settings

  1. Select Web analytics.
  2. Tick the box for Facebook pixel.
  3. Click Save.

Paste pixel ID

  1. Click the Facebook pixel tab.
  2. Copy and paste your pixel ID .
  3. Click Save.

Once you've finished setting up, you can start creating Facebook dynamic ads by going to your Ads Manager or by selecting Create Ad on the Facebook ads extension page. Learn more about dynamic ads.
