About advertising on Instagram
In ad creation, if you choose an objective that supports Instagram, Instagram will automatically be selected for you in Placements. It's recommended that you run ads on Facebook and Instagram for the following reasons:

- Engaged audiences. Many people see Instagram as a platform for inspiration. It's easy! You don't need to set up an Instagram account for your business if you don't have time. Your Facebook Page can serve as the voice of your ad on Instagram.
You also don't need to create different content for Instagram. Research shows that content that works well in Facebook News Feed generally performs well in Instagram feed too. Instagram requires slightly different image and video specs, such as aspect ratio; but Ads Manager allows you to conveniently upload different Facebook and Instagram creative within the same ad set.
