Requirements

You will need to sign up for Business Manager and create a WhatsApp business account to set up a line of credit for your WhatsApp business account.

Setup

1. From Business Manager, navigate to the Accounts tab on the right and click WhatsApp accounts.
2. Select your account and click Setup.
3. Click Request WhatsApp line of credit.
4. Assign a finance editor role to yourself or another business partner and click Assign role.
5. Input the country and legal entity name of your business and click Next.
6. Input your business address and click Next.
7. If you are tax exempt, you will need to upload your tax exemption form in the next window. If you are not tax exempt, click Skip.
8. View the Payment and Invoicing Terms and click Submit application when finished.
9. You will get a notification stating that your application is now pending approval. Click Done or Upload form to upload your W-9.

View your line of credit approval status

1. From Business Manager, navigate to the Accounts tab on the right and click WhatsApp accounts.
2. Select your account and click Setup.
3. Under Payment method, you will see the status of your line of credit.

Once the line of credit request has been approved, you will need to attach it to your account for activation.

3. Click Edit and attach your approved line of credit.
