Measuring ads across channels in Ads Manager

We're changing the way that advertisers view conversion metrics in Ads Manager so that you can better see how your ads drove results across your website, mobile app and offline.

In the past, all metrics were broken down by channels, and you had to manually change these settings. Now, you can view aggregated results for all channels.

For example, let's say that you want to sell products on your website, and you've set up app events to understand actions taken on your mobile app and pixel standard events to understand actions taken on your website. When you customise your metrics in Ads Manager and select Conversions, you'll see options to view the total recorded purchases across both your mobile app and website.

Viewing conversion metrics:

In Ads Manager, select Customise above the reporting table, then select Conversions.

Select the metrics that you want to see, then click Apply. When you select Total, you'll then see a column in Ads Manager where the results for your website, app and offline conversions are aggregated. You'll also see columns for the individual channels.

For example, let's say that you select Purchases. You would see the following columns in Ads Manager:

Note: If you've only set up one type of event source, then we will only show metrics for that event source.
