You can create a rule that automatically adjusts your budget or bid for your ad sets. When the rule meets your conditions, it adjusts the budget or bid of your ad sets automatically.

1. Go to Ads Manager.
2. Click to tick the box next to the ad sets that you'd like to apply a rule to.
3. In the Rules drop-down, click Create a New Rule. A new window appears where you can set up your rule.

4. In the Apply rule to drop-down, apply the rule to your selected ad sets.
5. In the Action drop-down, click Adjust budget or Adjust manual bid. You can increase the budget or bid by a percentage or fixed amount, or set a maximum or minimum budget or bid.
6. Enter additional details for your rule, such as the conditions and settings for frequency and notifications.
7. Enter a name for your rule, and then click Create.
