Design specifications for ads in Stories

Before creating an ad for Instagram Stories and/or Facebook Stories, make sure that your images and videos are formatted properly. In this article, you'll learn about the different specifications needed to create ads that run in Instagram Stories and Facebook Stories. Following these specifications can help your ads run optimally in Stories.

You can use creative Stories features (such as Boomerang) in your Instagram ads by creating the story in the app, saving the story to your camera roll and then uploading the image or video captured to Ads Manager when creating the ad.
