You can see how your post is doing by viewing Instagram Insights related to the post.

To view insights:

1. Open your Instagram app.
2. Go to your profile.
3. Select the post that you'd like to view insights on.
4. Below the post's image, tap View Insights.

After clicking View insights, you'll be able to see how many people were shown your ad (reach), the number of impressions your promotion received, the number of clicks on your promotion, and how much of your budget has been spent.

Additionally, the promotion that you create will be visible in Ads Manager, and you'll be able to view performance metrics such as impressions and clicks from those interfaces.
