Work With Saved Reports in Ads Reporting

Understand how to manage, view, duplicate, delete and schedule recurring reports in Ads Reporting.

Before you begin

  • You should have administrator, advertiser, or analyst access to the ad account associated with the report.
  • You should navigate to Ads Reporting through the upper main menu under Measure and Report. Or, navigate to Ads Reporting by selecting the Reports dropdown at the Campaign, Ad Set or Ad level, then select Export.
  • You should create either a Custom Report or a Report from Template by selecting the appropriate button. This will take you to Ads Reporting.
  • You should save a report in Ads Reporting.

Steps

  1. When you enter Ads Reporting in Ads Manager, you will see a list of your saved reports in the table.
  2. You can view, duplicate or delete the saved reports by clicking the options under the View Report button next to the report name.
  3. To select the metrics for your report, click the Metrics tab in the lefthand column.
  4. To view a report, click the report name. This will take you to the report, where you can further customize it.
  5. To duplicate your report, click the View Report button and select Duplicate under the menu.
  6. To delete your report, click the View Report button and select Delete under the menu.

After you have saved and managed your report in Ads Reporting, you can export your report. Learn more about exporting in Export Reports in Ads Reporting.
