I didn't boost my post. How did it get boosted?

Admins, editors, moderators and advertisers of your Page can boost posts. If you're seeing paid reach for a post that you didn't boost, it is likely that another person working on your Page boosted it.

You can view all of the people working on your Page in the Page roles section. Click Settings, then select Page roles from the left column. Scroll to Existing Page roles to see who is working on your Page.

A boosted post is billed to the ad account belonging to whoever promoted it. See how to check detailed billing information here.

If you've checked with other admins and think that this isn't the case, let us know.

There are 6 different types of roles for people who manage Pages. When you create a Page, you automatically become the Page's admin, which means only you can change how the Page looks and publish as the Page. Only an admin can assign roles and change others' roles.

Keep in mind that multiple people can have roles on a Page, but each person needs their own personal Facebook account.
