Ads Manager tracks changes you make to your Facebook ad and ad account. When you view your activity history, you can see who made changes, what changes were made and when those changes were made.

Before you begin

You can only view your ad account history in Ads Manager in the Account overview tab. You can see the changes made to most of your ad accounts as far back as January 2014.

You can select the following options when you view your activity history:

• Account: Shows when your ads were approved or rejected or a change was made to your ad account
• Ads: Shows changes made at the ad level
• Ad sets: Shows changes made at the ad set level
• Audience: Shows changes made to your ad set's audience
• Bid: Shows changes made to your ad set's bid
• Budget: Shows changes made to your ad set's budget or changes made to your payment method at the account level (for example, the removal of an expired credit card)
• Campaigns: Shows changes made at the campaign level
• Schedule: Shows changes made to your ad set's schedule
• Run status: Shows changes made when you pause, resume or delete your ad
• Targeting: Shows changes made to your ad set's targeting

View activity history for your ads

1. Go to Ads Manager.
2. Click Campaigns, Ad sets or Ads.
3. Tick the box next to the campaign, ad set or ad that you want to view.
4. Click to open the side pane.
5. Click the drop-down menu to customise your activity history:
• Activity types: Show updates to budgets, schedules, target and other activity types, or show all activity on your ads.
• By: Show changes to your ads made by Facebook or anyone on your ad account.
6. Click See More to scroll through additional rows of your activity history.

View activity history for your ad account

1. Go to Ads Manager.
2. Click Account overview.
3. Click to open the side pane.
4. Click the Activity types drop-down menu and choose Account. Your activity history displays for your ad account.
5. Click See More to scroll through additional rows of your account history.
