At the moment, you can only choose one primary payment method to pay for your all of your advertising campaigns in a single ad account. While it's possible to change your primary payment method, your charges will always go to the primary payment method that's listed on your account.

If you want the option to pay for different ad campaigns with different payment methods, consider creating a Business Manager. With Business Manager, you can create new ad accounts and connect a different primary payment method to each, so you can have more control over which payment methods get charged for your ad costs.
