Share your Offline Event Set

To share from Assets tab
- Go to your Business Manager
- Click on your Business Settings > Data sources > Offline event sets
- Click Assign Ad Accounts to share your offline event set with either an owned ad account or shared ad account to track ad performance
- Turn on auto-tracking so new ads you create will default to this offline event set for tracking; and so all campaigns will use this event set for ad tracking and attribution
- Turn on auto-assignment, so new ad accounts will automatically be assigned to this event set
- Automatic assignment is not available for event sets that are shared between business accounts. Please manually assign ad accounts and auto-tracking for this event set
- Click Assign partner to share your offline event set with an advertising or data partner by entering their business ID. This is found in the "Business info" tab. Click Save Changes after you have selected a partner role in the drop down menu:
- Offline event set admin
Can update offline event sets and change settings
- Offline event set uploader
Can upload events to offline event sets
- Offline event set advertiser
Can assign ad accounts to offline event sets
To share from Partners tab
- Go to your Business Manager
- Click on your Business Settings > Users > Partners
- Filter by name or ID to find your partner
- Click Assign Assets in the adjacent box and a window will pop up listing various asset types. Note that if you haven't assigned your partner with an offline event set yet, the box field will be empty.
- Under asset types, click Offline Event Sets and select the one you want to share and confirm by clicking on Assign Assets button. By default, the role for Offline event set admin.
To stop sharing your offline event sets
- Go to your Business Manager > Settings
- Click Offline event sets
- Under People or Ad Accounts, click X next to the account or business you want to stop sharing with
- Click Confirm to remove
