To comply with GDPR, we have a new data retention policy. Starting in July, reports will be deleted 60 days after they are published to the UI. Be sure to download all the reports you want to save before July.
The features described in this article are available only to partners who use YouTube's Content ID matching system.

Asset performance report

Asset reporting is available in YouTube Analytics under the Ads Partner Revenue tab. However, the best way to view asset performance in bulk is to use the Asset performance report.

  • This report will allow you to see per asset, per territory performance.
  • This report is available on a monthly basis.
  • Sample fields of performance data include total earnings, total views, ad-enabled views, etc.
  • You can use this report to separate revenue by asset for payout.

Video report

The Video report gives you a full picture of all your videos.

  • This  report includes but is not limited to the status of the video, ad enablement, number of views, as well as the asset ID and the policy in which the video resides in.
  • This report is available 3 times per week.
  • This report does not provide revenue-related performance data.
  • If a video is claimed by multiple assets, you’ll see multiple asset IDs in the Asset ID column, but only one set of asset metadata.

Asset full report

The Asset full report provides content owners with all the details you need to know regarding all of your assets.

  • This report is available on a weekly basis.
  • Information that is in this report that cannot be found in other reports includes:
    • Ownership territories
    • Asset type
    • Constituent Asset ID

    • Match policy

Asset conflict report

The Asset conflict report is available to partners with assets in conflict.

  • The key difference of this report compared to other asset reports is that it illustrates the territories that are in conflict as well as the last ownership change.

Claim report

The Claims report illustrates all active claims under your Content Manager containing information on the applied policy, claim type, origin, etc.

  • This report is available on a weekly basis.
  • Partners utilize the claim report to see all claims belonging to an asset and the relevant policy information.
  • This report does not contain inactive claims or previous claims. You can get this information in your claims tab using the “Export search to CSV." feature.
  • Private videos are not included in the claims report.

Reference files report

The Reference files report is a report of all references provided by a partner.

  • This report is available on a weekly basis.
  • This report provides a mapping of reference video IDs to asset and reference IDs.
  • Not every Reference File will have a reference video ID. The reference video id is only available if the reference file is associated to a video uploaded to a channel.
