See or delete your activity in the Google app

You can get more helpful cards and search results from Discover on the Google app. You can change how often a card appears when you customize what you see in Discover.

What info is saved in Discover

When you use Discover, Google stores and uses the following information in your activity:

The cards and results that appear in Discover
Which cards you view or customize
Topics you mark as "Not interested in"
The devices you use to access Discover

See your activity

Discover activity is private, and you can only see your activity if you’re signed in to your Google Account.

Visit the My Activity page. You may be asked to sign in to your Google Account.
On this page, you can see a daily summary of the cards that the Google app sent to your device. You can see whether you viewed, customized, or hid each card.

Delete your activity

Delete items individually

Visit the My Activity page. You may be asked to sign in to your Google Account.
On the item you want to delete, choose More Delete.

Delete activity for a certain day or time period

Visit the My Activity page. You may be asked to sign in to your Google Account.
Tap Menu Delete activity by.
Choose the day or date range.
Select Delete.

Delete all activity

Visit the My Activity page. You may be asked to sign in to your Google Account.
Tap Menu Delete activity by.
Below "Delete by date," select the Down arrow All time.
Select Delete.

Delete your Google iMessage extension history

When you search from the Google iMessage app, your search history is kept on your device. If you're signed into your Google Account and you have Web & App Activity turned on, your searches may be saved for your search history. When you delete your search history, your past searches won't show up as predictions in the search box.

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google app .
From the top left, tap your profile picture.
Under "Privacy," tap History Clear iMessage extension search history.
