To measure whether your advertising campaign is boosting brand metrics through a brand-lift study, please work with your Facebook account representative.

Can I edit my brand-lift study after I've set it up?

Yes. Your Facebook account representative can edit or cancel your brand-lift study up until shortly before the campaign starts delivering, after which you will not be able to edit your brand-lift study. Please contact your account team directly to make any changes to your brand-lift study before it's set to run.

Can my campaign be edited or paused after my brand-lift study has started running?

We recommend that you hold off on making any changes or optimisations while your test campaigns are still running. Ideally, changes should only be made to mitigate or solve problems, and not to optimise settings for better campaign performance. Introducing changes to the campaigns while they're still running increases the possibility that your results won't be meaningful.

How do I access my brand-lift study results?

Your Facebook account representative will be notified with updates while the poll is running. When the poll ends, the results will be ready to view within 48 hours. Your Facebook account representative will notify you when your report is ready and share the report with you.

Brand lift polls are available with no additional cost for qualifying campaigns. Results and performance aren't guaranteed. Please contact your Facebook account representative for more information on brand lift.
