Add and manage Pages in Business Manager
Once you've created a Business Manager account, you'll want to add your business Pages to it so you can manage all of them in one place. Learn how to add or request access to a Page, give someone access and permissions to manage your Page or learn how to remove a Page from your Business Manager if you no longer need to manage it.
Add or request access to a Page.
- Go to Business settings.
- Click the Pages tab.
- Click Accounts and click Pages.
- On the right-hand side of the Page, click Add New Pages.
- Select one of the three options: Add a Page, Request access to a Page or Create a new Page
- If you choose to request access or add a Page, enter the Facebook Page name or URL.
Note: You can't transfer ownership of a Page to another Business Manager. However, if a business removes a Page, it'll be available to be added by another business. To add a Page, you must also be an admin on the Page. If you aren't an admin on the Page, you'll have to request access to it.
Note: Anyone who had access to the Page before it was added to Business Manager will still be able to access and manage the Page.
Assign someone to a Page
- Open Business settings.
- Under Users, click People.
- Select the person who you want to give asset access to.
- Click Assign assets and select either Pages, Ad accounts or catalogues
- Select the specific assets that you'd like to share access to and choose a role.
- Click Save Changes.
Remove a Page
- Go to Business settings.
- Click Accounts and click Pages.
- Select the Page that you'd like to remove and click Remove.
Note: Pages can't be removed from Business Manager if the Page is connected to other assets still in Business Manager.
