Set Up Recurring Report for Automated Mapping Data Import Only

  1. Go to Google Search Ads 360.
  2. In the top right, set the view to Yesterday.
  3. Click Segment, then select Daily from the dropdown menu.
  4. Next to Show, select Filter. For Campaign Status, check the box next to Active. Click Apply Filters.
  5. Click the Download icon on the top right of the table.
  6. From the menu on the left, select Schedule download.
  7. For Scope, leave as Current scope.
  8. For Format, select Excel 2007 (.xlsx).
  9. For Include types, only select Keywords. The scheduled report will automatically include the columns listed below:

    From, Campaign, Campaign ID, Ad group, Ad group ID, Keyword, Keyword ID, Clicks, Impr

  10. Under Filters, click to uncheck the box next to Include rows with no impressions.
  11. Under Schedule, set Frequency to Daily, and set At time to 6:00 AM local time.
  12. In the Delivery field, paste the Facebook-provided Mapping Import Email and Cost Import Email addresses and separate them with a comma, as applicable. Check the box next to Include this file as an attachment.
  13. Click Schedule.

Note: External Targeting Group ID will map to Ad Group ID from Google Search Ads 360. Publisher Clicks will be the total clicks reported by Google Search Ads 360.
