When someone sees your offer on Facebook and chooses to save it, it'll be saved to their Offers bookmark. Then they'll automatically get notifications about your offer before it expires. What kind of reminders they get depends on your offer.

Reminders for online and in-store offers

• Online offers: If you created an online offer, people who saved it will get notifications on Facebook as a reminder before the offer expires.
• In-store offers: If you created an in-store offer, people who saved it will get an email with your offer so they can redeem it at your shop. They'll also get Facebook notifications about it before it expires.

Location-based reminders

People who have enabled location sharing on their phone will get Facebook notifications reminding them of any saved and active in-store offers from a business that they're physically near to.

If you need to limit location-based reminders to a single shop, you should create the offer for the specific shop's Facebook Page. If you don't, a reminder will be sent when a person who saved your offer is near any of your shops. Learn how to add an address to a Page.

Bear in mind that people who have Facebook notifications disabled won't get location-based notifications.
