About offline conversions

Facebook's offline conversion measurement solution helps you understand which offline events, such as purchases in your shop or orders over the phone, happened as a result of your Facebook ads. By attributing offline event data from your customer system to people who saw and clicked on your Facebook ads, you can better understand the effectiveness of your ad campaigns and return on your advertising spend. You can then make optimisation decisions to drive more offline events.

Set up offline conversions with a partner integration

Facebook is building strategic partnerships to help you easily use your point of sale (PoS), customer relationship management (CRM) or other customer system directly with our offline conversion measurement solution. If you use one of these systems, you can easily enable the upload of offline event data to Facebook on a regular cadence and minimise manual tasks and additional development work.

Note: If you do not use one of these partner integrations, you can upload offline event data directly to Facebook via the offline conversions API. You can also upload your offline event data from the Offline events page in Business Manager.
