Unless you set your sharing options to open on your instant form, your lead ad won't include a Share button.

The share button is removed in all other cases, because most advertisers have very narrow restrictions on the audiences they are trying to reach. Likewise, the "send to" icon on Instagram won't be available for lead ads.
