Troubleshooting: uploading and managing videos and images

Uploading your creative assets in the correct format can be tricky. But it's important to ensure your ads display correctly.

If you can't upload your video, check:

  • That it's in a supported format.
  • The length and size of the video. Requirements vary across platforms. Learn more
  • That you're using the latest version of your browser.
  • That you have a strong network connection.

Could it be that your video has already been uploaded? To see your video uploads, follow the same steps you would to upload a video then open the Browse library tab.

If you can't upload your image, check:

  • The aspect ratio and size of the image. Requirements vary across platforms. Learn more
  • The format. You can upload a .bmp, .dib, .gif, .iff, .jfif, .jp2, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .psd, .tif, .tiff, .wbmp, .webp or .xbm.

Managing assets

If you're using Creative Hub within an ad account, anyone in the account can access the images and videos that you upload when they create a mockup. Your assets are stored in the Asset library.

To access the Asset library:

  1. Open Creative Hub
  2. Click in the top-left.
  3. Under Assets, choose Images or Videos.

    To add a label, tick the box beside your chosen images or videos and then click the Add Label button.

    To delete images, tick the box(es) beside your chosen image(s) and then click the Delete Image button.
