You can promote an event that will appear in Facebook News Feed as an ad if you created it on your business Page.

To promote an event that will appear in News Feed:

1. Go to your event and click Boost Event.
2. Fill in the details of your ad.
3. Click Place Order when you've finished.

Note: Make sure that you created your event on your business Page and not your personal Facebook timeline, or you won't be able to promote it.

As with other ad images, your event image can't contain more than 20% text. We recommend using an engaging image related to your event instead of a flyer with text. Learn more about the Text Policy for ads.
