Once you've added the Shop tab to your Page, add some products for your customers to browse. Bear in mind that you can only sell physical products in your shop.

Note: You must upload each product individually so that we can ensure that it follows our guidelines. If you want to upload multiple products at once, use a third-party website partner.

How to add products

1. On your Page, click the Shop section.
2. Click Add Product.

Note: If you've organised your products into collections, you can add a product directly to a collection by clicking the Add Product button next to it.

3. Add product images or videos.
4. Enter your product's details. Tip: Hover over the next to the product detail fields for more context.
5. When you've finished, click Save.
6. Once your product is reviewed and approved, it will appear in your shop section. Read the guidelines for listing products in your shop. If your product complies, it should be approved and appear in the shop within 24 hours. Some products take longer to review, so if the process is taking longer than usual, it doesn't mean your product won't be approved. You can click a pending product to see its current status.

How to add variants to a product

After you've added products, you can increase awareness of your shop by sharing products to your Page's timeline and posting about them regularly on Facebook.

If you have multiple versions of the same product (e.g. a shirt in multiple sizes and colours), you can add variants rather than list each version of the product separately.

• Add variants while uploading a new product or edit an existing product by clicking Edit variants.
• You can add up to four types of variants (e.g. size and colour), and as many options as you want.

When your customers click on a product, they can choose which variant of the product they want to buy.

How to delete products

You can delete one product at a time or multiple products at once. To delete products:

1. On your Page, click Publishing tools.
2. Find Shop on the menu on the left and click Products.
3. Tick the boxes next to the products you want to delete.
4. Click the Actions drop-down, then click Delete products.
5. Click Delete products again.
