Best practices for listing your place
- Take your own photos. Use clear photos in natural light that show your place in its current condition so that people can see what they're getting. Listings with more photos tend to get more leads. Try taking 360 photos to let people see your place from all around.
- Write a full, honest description. Include anything important that people should know about the lease, the area or anything that makes your property stand out. Be thorough and provide as much detail as possible.
- Listings that discriminate against a protected class can be reported and will be removed from Facebook. Learn about the Fair Housing Act and Marketplace.
