App Event Optimisation is the ability to run mobile app install ads to people who are likely to take a specific action in your app. For example, if you are looking to acquire people most likely to make a purchase in your app, you can choose to run mobile app install ads that would optimise for that specific event (purchases).

The value of using App Event Optimisation is that not only will you acquire installs for your app, but you will also acquire people who are likely to take a specific action that is of value to your app or business. For example, if it is important that people 'add to basket' in your app, you can optimise for that event with your mobile app install ads. You can choose from the 14 standard app events to optimise on.

You can set up event optimisation via the API. Within the interfaces, you can now select the option to optimise your installs for a specific app event that you choose.

To use this feature, you must have app events enabled.
