When should I use the new experience instead of the previous experience?

We suggest using the new experience whenever possible! It's been designed to help you meet your business goals faster and easier, and we're continuing to add more features to it all the time. To read more about its benefits, check out About the new Google Ads experience.

Does Google Ads perform differently in the new Google Ads experience?

While this Google Ads may look and feel different, your campaigns will run the same as they run today. Also, most changes you make will be reflected across both experiences. For example, if you add a new keyword, it's in your account whether you're viewing it through the new or previous experiences.
For certain advertisers, changes you make to some reporting features aren’t reflected across both Google Ads experiences. To learn more, please see this article.

Why aren't all features available?

Some features aren't available yet in the new Google Ads experience and may appear grayed out. To use these, just click the tools icon in the top right corner of your account and select Return to previous Google Ads.
