Managing payment methods in Business Manager

You must be an admin or a finance editor to make any changes to payment methods connected to a Business Manager. Learn more about finance roles in Business Manager.
You can add a payment method to your Business Manager to manage all of your billing details in one place. Once you add a payment method to Business Manager, you can then add it to an ad account that you've connected to Business Manager and then use it as the primary payment method for your ads.
Add a payment method to Business Manager
- Open Business settings
- Click Payments
- Click Add payment method.
- Click Continue and then follow the instructions to add your payment method
Your payment method will be saved to your Business Manager.
Connect a payment method from Business Manager to an existing ad account
- Go to Business Manager
- Click Business Manager in the top navigation and hover over All tools
- Click Billing.
- If you have multiple ad accounts, choose which ad account you want to work on in the top left-hand side of Ads Manager
- Click Payment settings
- In the Payment method section, click Add payment method.
- Choose the payment method that you added in Business Manager and follow the instructions to add your payment method
After you've added your payment method from Business Manager, make sure that you make it the primary payment method of your ad account if you want to start using it to pay for your ads.
