Why can't I download all of the leads that are reported?

At times, you may notice a difference in the total number of leads downloaded as compared to the number reported in the Results column of Ads Manager or in the Lead count column on your Facebook Page. These differences may be due to expired leads.

Leads will be available for download for up to 90 days from the time they are submitted by a user. This means that on any given day, you may have fewer leads to download than are reported in the Results column in Ads Manager or in the Lead count column on your Facebook Page. That's because the Results and Lead count columns will show the total number of new leads you've received during the time period you're viewing, but the available leads to download will only be those that your campaign received over the last 90 days.

Why aren't my leads available after 90 days?

We don't make leads available for download after this period due to both security and storage considerations. We believe the 90-day window is long enough to cover most use cases, and holding them any longer would not be beneficial since the customer interest would have tapered off.

Note: You'll only be able to download leads from the last 90 days, even if you choose to download lifetime leads.
