We offer three brand safety controls for preventing your ads from running alongside certain types of content within Audience Network, Facebook Instant Articles and Facebook in-stream video. We also enforce Community Standards for the content that individuals can share on Facebook and Instagram and ensure that only apps, websites and Facebook Pages that comply with our policies can be part of our placements. 1. Placement opt out

   You can opt out of placements by removing them in the Edit placements section of Ads Manager. Learn how to opt out of placements.

2. Exclude categories

   You can prevent your ads from running next to certain categories of content by choosing the Exclude categories option in the Edit placements section of Ads Manager. Learn more about excluding content categories.
