When you transition your photo management from the Photoshop Elements Organizer to Lightroom Classic CC, Lightroom Classic CC keeps all the information you used to organize your photos within the Photoshop Elements Organizer. Note: Importing your Photoshop Elements catalog into Lightroom Classic CC does not harm the Photoshop Elements catalog. If you open Photoshop Elements, the catalog and your photos will still be there.
