If it's your first Block List, you can create, upload and apply a Block List while you create an ad. Otherwise, upload Block Lists in Business Manager.

Upload a Block List

To upload a Block List:

1. Go to Ads Manager.
2. Choose your objective, name your campaign and add your audience details.
3. In the Placements section, select Edit Placements.
4. Click Apply Block Lists in the Exclude Content and Publishers section.
5. Click Create a block list to enter Block Lists in Business Manager.
6. Click the blue Create Block List button.
7. Click Upload File or 'drag and drop' to upload your .csv or .txt block list. Learn how to create a Block List.

8. Click Create Block List. The upload may take a few minutes.

You have uploaded your Block List to this ad. When it's applied, this ad will not deliver to the URLs you blocked.
